Service Description: SFU Collection, September 29 - October 6th, 2022
Imagery was collected with a DJI Mavic 3 drone. The imagery was collected by manual flight, with a mix of nadir and oblique images. The Mavic 3 has a 4/3 CMOS sensor, effective pixels: 20 MP. Sites were accessed by helicopter. No ground control was collected for these surveys.
Hakai Collection, November 11-16, 2022
Imagery was collected with a DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone, with manual and automated flight, including nadir and oblique images. The Phantom 4 Pro has a 1” CMOS sensor, effective pixels: 20 MP. Sites were accessed by vehicle and on foot. No ground control was collected for these surveys.
The imagery was processed in Pix4D mapper and aligned to existing lidar collected by the Hakai Airborne Coastal Observatory,
